The SO/ Hotels & Resorts luxury brand arrived in summer 2021 on the Costa del Sol, one of the most beautiful areas of southern Spain. It brought with it a concept that combined the sophistication of its brand with Andalusian character and tradition. Around this concept of taking part and shared enjoyment, SO/ Sotogrande imagined its eating experiences, designed to bring people together in a choice of dining spaces within the hotel.

A selection of classic Spanish dishes such as Iberian cured meats or a journey through the world of tuna, with its different preparations, as well as meats and fish, make up the options available of local cuisine.
